REGISTRATION

Registration for the conference can be done via fax (click here to download the registration form) or online at www.euroconstruct.pl/registration/registration.php. You will receive a written booking confirmation.
Please register no later than 22th May 2009.

CONFERENCE FEE

Attendance at the conference including Summary Report* and Country Report**in English): €1,980 (excl VAT)
Attendance at the conference including the Summary Report* only: €1,200 (excl VAT)

* Summary report – summary of European construction markets and reports from the afternoon session;
** Country report – detailed figures and analysis for 19 Euroconstruct member countries;

Second participant from the same company - 50% discount (incl. Summary Report) €600 (excl VAT)
Participation in the evening programme for accompanying persons: €100 (excl VAT)

The Conference fee includes the evening programme on the first day as well as lunch and coffee breaks during the main conference.

PAYMENT

Please send your completed registration form to PAB-PCR&F. We will reconfirm all requested services and the exact amount due. To guarantee your registration full prepayment is required. After receiving your full payment we will send you all required vouchers. Please arrange your payment – free of charge to the beneficiary – according to the confirmation of the amount due.

All payments must be made in Euro (€).

CANCELLATION

If you cancel your reservation before 15th May 2009, 50% of the registration fee will be reimbursed; afterwards no reimbursement will be possible. However, you will be able to name an alternative delegate instead.

REGISTER EARLY: if registration and payment is made not later than March 30, PAB-PCR&F is covering cost of one night accommodation in five stars hotel in the city centre, 5 minutes walking distance to the place of the Conference or give you 10% discount for conference fee.
